一种新型高效余热回收的节能设备——CRH 型插入件管式换热器,由江都能源利用设备厂和华东冶金学院共同开发研制成功,并在中国第一重型机器厂、兰州耐火材料厂等单位投入正式运行,并取得了较好的社会经济效益。该装置是由冷气入口均流箱、下联箱、热气出口集流箱及受热面管束等组成。当炉子排烟温度为700~900℃时,使用它可将冷气体预热到450~600℃,比一般钢管式换热器的综合传热系数要高25~35%,管壁温度比一般钢管式换热器低30~35℃。大大延长了换热器的使用寿命。究其原因是该换热器受热面管束内,根据工艺需要插入“+”字型、“麻花”型等不同形状
A new energy-efficient equipment for efficient recovery of waste heat - CRH insert tube heat exchanger, developed by Jiangdu Energy Utilization Equipment Factory and Huadong Metallurgical Institute and successfully developed in China’s No.1 Heavy Machinery Plant, Lanzhou Refractory Factory, etc. Unit put into formal operation, and achieved good social and economic benefits. The device is composed of an air-conditioned inlet box, a lower box, a hot-air outlet header box and a heated surface tube bundle. When the furnace exhaust temperature is 700 ~ 900 ℃, it can preheat the cold gas to 450 ~ 600 ℃, which is 25 ~ 35% higher than the general heat transfer coefficient of steel tube heat exchanger. The wall temperature is higher than normal Steel tube heat exchanger low 30 ~ 35 ℃. Greatly extend the life of the heat exchanger.
