研制了一种用于在线检测的光导纤维传感器,对其测量原理及基本特性进行了系统的研究,给出了根据不同测量要求,正确选择光纤传感器的方法。利用光纤传感器对在线检测颤振、刀具破损和积屑瘤的形成进行了探讨,研究结果证明光纤传感器在线检测异常切削状态是可行的。
An optical fiber sensor for on-line inspection was developed. The measuring principle and basic characteristics of the optical fiber sensor were systematically studied. The method of correctly selecting the optical fiber sensor according to different measurement requirements was given. The detection of flutter, tool breakage and build-up of edgewax by using optical fiber sensor are discussed. The results show that it is feasible to detect the abnormal cutting condition on-line by optical fiber sensor.
