21世纪瞬息万变,“竞争、合作、发展”是时代的主旋律,所有的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。“人”和“人的发展”已成为教育改革的关键词。这儿的“人”指是完整的人,是个别的、具体的、全面的、活生生的人;“人的发展”亦是指人的全面的数体性的生成。教育部在《基础教育课程改革纲要》中对培养目标中强调“知识与技能”、“过程与方法”、“情感、态度价值观”多元并重的价值取向,鲜明地昭示着新课程由单纯注重传授知识向引导学生学会学习、学会生存、学会做人的功能转变,昭示着我们的培养目标不是认知体,而是生命体。学校德育如何促进学生生命体的健康成长,已是摆在教育工作者面前的迫切议题。
The 21st century is changing rapidly, “competition, cooperation and development” is the main theme of the times. All competition is ultimately the competition of talents. “People ” and “Human Development ” have become the key words of education reform. Here, “person” means a complete person, an individual, a specific, comprehensive and living person; and “human development” also refers to the formation of a person’s full and plural nature. In the “Outline of Curriculum Reform in Elementary Education”, the Ministry of Education expresses clearly the multiple values of “knowledge and skills”, “processes and methods”, “emotions and attitudes and values” in the training objectives The new curriculum by simply focusing on imparting knowledge to guide students to learn to learn, learn to survive, learn to function as a man, that our training objectives are not cognitive body, but the body of life. How to promote the healthy growth of student life body in school moral education is an urgent issue for educators.
