在我国的传统教学方式之中老师只是以偏概全地进行知识点的讲解,这种整齐划一的教学形式造成了学生们整体学习效果相差较大,不能很好地提升整体的教学效率.所以利用分层教学的形式来进行教学方式的改革,对于每一个学生的具体情况有着一个清晰的了解,之后再根据这些不同的情况来制定与之相适应的教学方式,针对于每个学生的特点进行教学改革提升教学的整体效率.鉴于中学生的数学学习的个体差异很大,因而分层教学就显得尤为必要和紧迫.
