教师在教学的各个环节中应根据学生各自的知识基础、学习能力、个性特征等,有区别地制定出教学目标、要求,设计教学内容,控制教学进度,变换授课方式,以达到面向全体学生,提升整体英语知识水平和技能的目标。本文作者结合现阶段高中生的生源构成特点和高中英语教学的现状,指出分层次教学是面向全体学生,全面提高语言知识和能力,实施素质教育的有效途径,并结合几年来的教学实践对高中英语分层次教学的具体措施进行较为详细的阐述。
Teachers in all aspects of teaching should be based on the students’ knowledge base, learning ability, personality characteristics, differentiated to develop the teaching objectives, requirements, design of teaching content, control of teaching progress, change teaching methods to achieve for all students, Improve overall English knowledge and skills.
