锤击沉管就地灌注扩大桩是桩基础施工方法之一,它的主要特点是:易于调整桩的长度,以适应所要求的贯入深度;桩材不受搬运、打入应力的控制,节省钢材;打入管可抽出反复使用,可进行复打,增加桩身横截面面积和消除可能出现的缩颈,其承载力也显著提高;对于土中位移或振动没有限制的地方,锤击沉管就地灌注扩大极成桩费用较之任何其它类型的打入桩或钻孔灌注桩便宜。一、锤击沉管就地灌注扩大桩施工工艺 (一)施工机具设备打桩机系直型自行式桩架,采用内径为φ380、外径为φ460的钢管,钢管总长24米,钢管的桩尖采用活瓣桩尖,由三页组成,鎯头采用3吨蒸汽锤。现场混凝土搅拌机每日供应的混凝土用量约30~40立方米(计划每台班打4~5根桩)。按设计要求,混凝土标号为200级,塌
