计算教学贯穿数学教学的全过程。计算能力是学生学习数学所必备的基本能力,是学习数学的基础。培养和提高学生的计算能力是小学数学的重要任务之一,是一项涉及到多方面教学内容的系统工程。“计算”在教学中所占的比重相当大,无论是解决问题、统计知识,还是几何题、简易方程,都离不开计算。计算的正确率和速度如何将直接影响学生学习的质量。因此,计算教学不容忽视,是数学中的地基。计算教学应跳出认知技能的框框,不把法则的得出、技能的形成作为唯一目标,而应更关注学生的学习过程,让学生参与算理算法的探索过程,让学生在实践探索的过程中实现发展性领域目标。
