健身气功是具有中华悠久文化的民族传统体育项目,文章通过自身形体活动、呼吸吐纳、心理调节相结合,达到身心健康的目的,其内容丰富,文化底蕴深厚。文章运用文献综述法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对内蒙古15所高校健身气功课开设的情况进行调查分析,就调查结果从教学形式、教学内容、教材选用、教学评价考核等方面研究分析设计出符合本地区健身气功课开设的相关对策,为内蒙古高校开设健身气功课提供一些参考性依据。
Health Qigong is a national traditional sports with a long history of Chinese culture. The article achieves the goal of physical and mental health through its combination of physical activity, breathing, and psychological adjustment. Its content is rich and its culture is profound. This paper investigates and analyzes the situation of Health Qigong in 15 colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia by means of literature review, questionnaire, interviews, mathematical statistics and other research methods. Based on the survey results from the aspects of teaching forms, teaching contents, selection of teaching materials, assessment of teaching evaluation And other aspects of research and design in line with the health Qigong opened in the region to countermeasures for the provision of fitness Qigong courses in Inner Mongolia provide some reference.
