目的利用稻瘟霉模型快速筛选粗疣合叶苔内生真菌中具有生物活性的菌株,并对活性菌株T11进行鉴定。方法首次对粗疣合叶苔内生真菌进行了分离,通过观察内生真菌醋酸乙酯提取物引起稻瘟霉分生孢子或菌丝形态生长异常或生长抑制的情况,初步确定具有生物活性的菌株,进一步进行体外抗真菌及抗肿瘤活性筛选,对活性最好的T11菌株进行了分类鉴定。结果粗疣合叶苔分离得到47株内生真菌,具有抗稻瘟霉活性的活性菌株40株,占总分离菌株的85.1%。其中T11号菌株可明显抑制真菌生长和肿瘤细胞增殖。结论粗疣合叶苔内生真菌具有明显的抗真菌和细胞毒作用,是潜在的抗菌、抗肿瘤药物资源。
OBJECTIVE: To screen the bioactive strains of endophytic fungi from the rough wart and the leaf moss by the rice blast model and to identify the active strain T11. Methods The endophytic fungi from the genus Verrucosa were isolated for the first time. By observing the morphological abnormalities or growth inhibition of Pyricularia oryzae conidia or mycelia caused by the ethyl acetate extracts of endophytic fungi, the bioactive The strain was further screened for antifungal and antitumor activities in vitro, and the most active T11 strain was classified and identified. Results Forty-seven endophytic fungi and 40 active strains against rice blast fungi were isolated from the coarse wart and leaf moss, accounting for 85.1% of the total isolates. T11 strains which can significantly inhibit fungal growth and tumor cell proliferation. Conclusion Endangered rough warts and endophytic fungi have obvious antifungal and cytotoxic effects and are potential antibacterial and anti-tumor drug resources.
