我矿是井采矿山,矿体延伸至-720m以下,采用的是自上而下的采矿方法,采空区用充填料灌满,用来减小下层采场的压力。为节约成本,选用选矿厂的尾沙作充填料,用水沙充填法进行充填,尾沙在采空区沉淀时,水就流到下层中段经水沟至水仓。但在实际工作中,水从上层流到下层时,势必会带着尾沙一起流到下层中段,有时产生冒沙把巷道堵塞,使下层运矿设备无法工作。因没有好的办法清沙,就用装岩机铲沙,但经过一段时间后,发现装岩机行走系统的寿命大大降低,大修频繁。

Because there is no good way to clear the sand, the rock loader is used to shovel the sand, but after a period of time, it is found that the life of the rock loader traveling system is greatly reduced and overhauls are frequent.
