一、建立新型的师生关系在传统的教育中,师生之间的关系是以教导与服从为特征的,学生更多的是被要求接受、理解与模仿,往往使学生丧失了自由表现的机会,抑制了学生进行创新思维的内在动机。有研究显示“心理自由”和“心理安全”是创新思维能力形成的两个重要条件,所谓自由,就是尽量减少对学生的行为和思维的无谓限制,给其自由表现的机会;所谓安全,就是不对学生的独特见解和想法进行批评和挑剔,使其消除对批评的顾虑,获得创新的安全感,敢于表达自己
