大豆幼苗萎蔫过程中,相对含水量急剧下降;SOD、CAT、POD3种细胞保护酶的活性先以较大幅度上升,后急剧下降;膜脂过氧化加剧,大量电解质外渗,电导率增大。
During the process of wilting soybean seedlings, the relative water content decreased sharply. The activity of protective enzymes of SOD, CAT and POD3 increased first and then dropped sharply; the membrane lipid peroxidation intensified, the extra electrolyte extravasated and the conductivity increased.
