宽沟煤矿属于高瓦斯矿井,工作面布置长度长,确保工作面综掘期间瓦斯不超限。采用理论计算、现场实测及公式推导计算的方法,采用分源预测法与实测法对综掘工作面瓦斯涌出量进行分析计算,主要从煤壁和落煤瓦斯涌出量、煤壁瓦斯涌出强度、瓦斯涌出随时间衰减系数等参数分析计算,对2种方法计算结果进行对比性分析。结果表明:分源预测与实测结果存在较大的差异性,从不同的角度分析了差异性存在的原因,总结该综掘工作面瓦斯涌出量的真实值,从而为确定综掘工作面合理配风量的计算和完善瓦斯防治措施提供了依据。
Kuangou Coal Mine is a high-gas mine with long working face layout to ensure that gas does not exceed the limit during full-face excavation. Based on the theoretical calculation, field measurement and formula derivation calculation, the gas emission of fully mechanized coal mining face is analyzed and calculated by the method of source prediction and measurement. The main conclusions are as follows: Out of intensity, gas emission attenuation coefficient with time and other parameters analysis and calculation of the two methods of calculation results were comparative analysis. The results show that there is a great difference between the source prediction and the measured data, the reasons for the existence of differences are analyzed from different angles, and the real value of gas emission from the fully mechanized face is summarized. In order to determine the reasonable working face of fully mechanized heading, With the calculation of air volume and improve gas control measures provide a basis.
