在十几年的教书生涯中,我力求自己通过科学的、艺术的、能够抓住学生心灵的教学方法,去调动学生的学习数学积极性和主动性,使学生的思维得到健康的发展,智能得到提高。在课堂教学中,我抓住“和谐、主动、发展”这6个字做为我行动的准则,使之形成我的教学特色。1和谐教学过程是人与人之间的一种交往。在这交往过程中,教师与学生、学生与教师、学生与学生之间都要发生关系。这种多向性的活动方式,使师生关系密切、融洽,使学习气氛活跃、浓厚。这种和谐的关系,为提高教学效果奠定了良好的基础。
In more than ten years of teaching career, I strive to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students to learn mathematics through science, art, and teaching methods that can seize the students ’minds so as to make the students’ thinking develop healthily and intelligently improve. In the classroom teaching, I grasp the “harmony, initiative, development,” these six words as my guideline of action, to form my teaching characteristics. A harmonious teaching process is a kind of interaction between people. In this interaction, teachers and students, students and teachers, students and students have to make a relationship between. This multi-directional approach to activities has resulted in a close and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, making the learning atmosphere very active and strong. This harmonious relationship has laid a good foundation for improving teaching effectiveness.
